We try to answer as many questions as possible on this page regarding certain policies at Tony's Custom Golf. Should you have additional questions or concerns, please contact us by email or phone and we will be happy to assist you!

Ordering
You must first register at our site to place an order. Then fill out our Fitting Form, and click the main product categories on the left-side links. Select each item with your preferred shaft, grip, quantity, etc.

WE will then select the shaft flex/length and grip size based on the information you submitted on the fitting form. You also have the option of selecting your own specifications by entering the information in the memo field within the product detail pages.

When ordering multiple items (fairway woods, for example), please select each item separately in your shopping cart in order to make a complete or partial set. Irons are available in 3-PW, with the option of adding extra irons if listed. We do this as some sets cannot be split in order to sell individual irons. If you desire individual irons, please email us and we will speak with our vendors to see if a particular iron can be ordered individually.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the order total that is refunded; on orders canceled after being assembled, or items returned immediately after being received.

Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Do to the expense involved, we currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada.

We accept payments via money order, certified checks or PayPal for credit card payments (we are PayPal verified ). PayPal payments require a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up when you select PayPal as your payment method during checkout. Sign up takes only a few minutes through the PayPal website and is Free! You will then be able to use any credit card you registered with during sign up. Please note that the PayPal system is a very secure way of using your credit card on-line, and is used on eBay as the payment gateway of choice!

We also accept personal checks, but they must be received by us and await clearance by the bank before an order is acted upon.

You may also send cash (in US currency) at your own risk. We do not recommend this method, but if you must, we would suggest sending via certified mail. We are not responsible if it is lost.

Shipping
Shipping is calculated within the shopping cart based on weight and the UPS or USPS zone tables. Currently we offer UPS 3-Day Select and UPS Ground service, along with U.S. Postal Service shipments including shipping to our overseas military personnel via APO/FPO military addresses. Shipping originates from the Eastern U.S.

Unfortunately, once items is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged items. If the items arrived damaged, save the shipping carton and all packing materials and contact your local UPS or USPS office immediately.

Most items are shipped within 5 business days if all materials are in stock with our vendors. You can expect to receive your order within 7-14 business days.

Pricing
Prices subject to change without notice. All orders are accepted based on prices and terms prevailing at the time of order. Tony's Custom Golf (seller) reserves the right to change specifications, model designs, or limit order quantities on any of its products without prior notice. Merchandise listed on this web site are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

Guarantee
TCG warrants all clubs to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use for the life of the club, only to cover defective merchandise out of specification. During this warranty period, Seller will credit or replace any returned products which in its sole opinion is determined to be defective or is out of specification. Returns due to improper predictors on the buyers part (abuse, etc.) will not be replaced or refunded.

Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization from Seller. All return shipments must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the original invoice or packing list. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Goods returned for any other reason than defective merchandise or mis-shipment are subject to a 20% return charge. No returns are accepted for any sale items which have been closed out by the seller.

There will be no refunds on used club assembled by TCG if damage occurs to the club under normal playing conditions. The club(s) will be repaired with the same component or like components of the same quality and value.
