Our web site does not store your credit card information, since we go through the secure PayPal gateway for credit card orders. Also, to help us better communicate with our valued customers, we store e-mail addresses when you register at our site in order to make you aware of special offers, new items and future newsletters associated with TCG.

TCG will NOT share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis. Your name and address information is used solely to process orders unless your prior consent is given. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.

TCG does not believe in selling or sharing its mailing list or any form of customer information with any other company. Again, information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we will never, ever sell it to others.

How Secure Is The Information About Me?
The security of your information during transmission is protected utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. This software encrypts information you input and protects it against "cyber pirates". Therefore all credit card numbers sent through the PayPal site are thoroughly protected.

Tell A Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Tony's Custom Golf does not store this information and uses it for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

Correcting/Updating Your Personal Information
After registering at TCG you may correct/update your personal information by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, entering your email address and password when prompted and clicking the links under the 'My Account' heading. Administrative e-mails will not contain promotional materials. If you choose to receive our News Letters, they will contain promotional materials from TCG only.

Supplementation
